Apabila hal ini dilakukan maka akan :
1. Menghemat waktu dan biaya survey dan riset.
2. Memudahkan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk langkah lanjutan.
3. Menciptakan kedekatan dan personal approach dengan customer.
4. Mendapatkan data valid dari customer sehingga mengurangi energi untuk meraba-raba dan menerka-nerka keinginan dan harapan customer.
5. Mendapatkan database.
6. Melatih team untuk bisa berinteraksi dengan customer.
Dengan demikian, setidaknya 70% tugas bisnis (ikhtiar) sudah dilakukan dan tugas selanjutnya adalah melakukan edukasi terhadap customer untuk melakukan pengembangan dan menambahkan 1 atau 5 langkah ke depan dibandingkan dengan bisnis yang sejenis.
